We work like a conveyor belt, as soon as one of your requests is finished, we move straight on to your next! We will provide you with an estimate of how long each request will take, and keep you in the loop, every step of the way.

During onboarding, our team will send you a customer portal, where you can request projects, monitor progress, pay your subscription and chat with us!

FAQ

With combined media & marketing experience of over 20 years, Big Yellow Fishes has operated as a limited company since 15th April 2022 (REF: Companies house). Since then we have worked for a multitude of clients to produce marketing and media solutions. For a more in-depth view of our portfolio, check out our database here.

Unlike other similar subscription services, our client portal will allow you to book an unlimited amount of meetings with us, our personal calendars will be shared with you and allow you to book in times. That being said, we have designed our process so that no meetings are required if you don’t want them. The choice is yours!

Our turnaround time can vary, however, we aim to complete most projects within 2-3 days. We will always assign a time estimate when a request comes in, and keep you updated throughout the process.

By design, we always work to the highest efficiency standards and will be as transparent with you as possible.

No! Make as many requests as you like, whilst your subscription remains active, we will work through them one by one, just like a conveyor belt.

Firstly, we recommend you book a meeting with us, as we are always happy to help brainstorm ideas. However, that being said, you can always pause your subscription at any point and come back when you are ready!

When you sign up we will send you a client portal, here you can pay invoices, request work, track progress and book meetings. We have designed our process to be as user-friendly as possible!

Due to the contractless nature of our work, we do not offer refunds as research, resources and time will be assigned to you as a client at the beginning of the subscription month.

If you are unsatisfied at any point during your subscription, feel free to book in a meeting with us!
